DBT Skills Training

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a mode of therapy that includes individual psychotherapy with a DBT therapist, a structured curriculum of behavioral skills training, and phone coaching to help clients integrate the skills they are learning into their everyday lives.

I offer DBT behavioral skills training to individuals and groups who are engaged in treatment with another primary therapist. With your permission, I can work with your individual therapist to coordinate your care and tailor skills training to your needs. DBT includes skills training in:
